The band comes from the St. Helens/ Liverpool/ Warrington area. The current (and definitive) line up of Mike Dave and Anthony have been going just over 3 months, though the band has been in existence for roughly 2 years in various forms. Most (read all) of the writing comes from Dave (singer/guitarist) who has been around the band scene for a long time bringing a lot of experience to the band. His experience keeps the band composed, professional and in a supply of stuff to play. His inspirations are bands like NIN, Radiohead U2, Depeche Mode. The other members are Mike (bass) who brings an element of funk to the music stemming from a love of bands such as the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Jane’s Addiction, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains etc. Anthony (drummer) up to this point hasn’t said much about his specific tastes asides “I like anything” but he brings a whole new dimension to the band with his varied and inventive beats. The combination of tastes and styles bring the band to a sort of electricy, grungy, melodic driving rock band.
We have been gigging about all over the place from Liverpool’s famous Cavern Club to the Limelight in Crewe and various places in between and we intend to take it much further afield with each passing moment moving the band up and onward.
